Concept Design
[1.1] Preliminary
Through the process of client consultation, CLA will develop an understanding of the key objectives of the project as well as the general vision for the landscape.
[1.2] Design Development
- Development of a concept plan, including relevant elevations/sections.
- Development of materials palette & planting palette.
[1.3] Landscape Plan for DA
- Preparation of landscape concept plan for DA submission if required.

[2.1] Preparation of construction drawings;
- Surface finishes plans
- Setout plans

- Planting plans
- Planting schedule, including, species, size, quantities
[2.2] Plant Procurement
- Plant sourcing & delivery of plants to site. Plant stock provided are of the highest quality, and sourced from the best approved suppliers in Australia.

Construction Services
Project efficiency, coordination with subcontractors, and maintaining a big-picture perspective when dealing with small-scale site challenges are all important aspects of site work. CLA is available to offer consultation and attend the site throughout the construction phase of the project to ensure compliance with the original design.
Typical tasks:
- Issue a ‘For Construction’ set of documents reflecting all amendments resulting from the tender process.
- Conduct site inspections as necessary during construction and planting.
- Respond to contractor requests for information as required.
- Clarify details.
- Respond to design changes.
